The bathroom facilities need updating!!! Ironing options are ridiculously limited—seriously, no iron in the room? This should be a basic amenity!!! Improve the toilet spray situation—it smelled awful when first used!!!

Well, that was a surprise!

My stay was nothing short of stellar! The ocean-view room was massive and immaculate, paired with an exceptional beachside location. On top of that, the warm and welcoming staff offered unparalleled service, making me feel at home. From timely airport transfers to delightful dining, I can hardly find a flaw in this experience!

From the moment we arrived, every staff member greeted us with smiles. The beach was pristine, and the breakfast on the sand was delightful.

However, reaching our room required a lot of stairs, and we encountered a few stray dogs around the property. It would have been nice to have more western food options.

I had an amazing stay here! The room was spacious with breathtaking ocean views, and the beach setup was comfortable. The foot massage was a lovely touch after a long day in the sun.

The breakfast has shifted from a buffet to a limited menu, which can leave you wanting more. simple items like butter or fresh fruit sometimes go missing. The Wi-Fi is spotty, making it difficult to stay connected. Also, the room experienced a few maintenance issues, including missing electrical outlets and water supply problems on occasion.

It was just a good match for a fleeting trip in Balabag with reasonable value. The location is good for exploring the beach. Avoid any spa services as they only offer in-room massages.
